Peal the membrane off the underside of ribs before seasoning. This membrane gets very tough when cooked so remove it and then BBQ the ribs at a low temperature for about 3-5 hours.

the ribs with a rub and rub it in on both sides. For real BBQ
ribs smoke the ribs with a SmokePistol™
for about 3-5 hours and baste them for the last 1-3 hours.
