The smoke output of the SmokePistol is fully adjustable. On the side of the SmokePistol is the smoke control valve. This valve adjusts the amount of smoke output from a lot, and we meat a lot, to very little. Usually, when smoking food, the SmokePistol control valve is turned down to produce very little depending on the size of your smoker or smokehouse. A lot of smoke is not necessary for good smoked food but consistent smoke is so you can adjust the smoke output of the SmokePistol to meet your needs.
